a Safety and emergency info page in the guest info book on the kitchen island with more information on local medical clinics, etc.
YOUTUBE TV - a channel guide is provided in the back of the binder on the kitchen island for your convenience, as well as on the back of the laminated "Roku & YouTubeTV Instruction Guide" on the entertainment center. YouTubeTV service offers live TV programming comparable to Cable TV, and provides all the local and national channels you'll want during your stay! ROKU STREAMING SERVICES & SOUND BAR - Our TV is equipped with a Roku device to access all your onscreen entertainment including YouTubeTV and streaming service apps. Complimentary access to HBO Now, Disney+, The Roku Channel and PBS Kids is provided for your enjoyment. Please place trash in the brown bin only (green bin is recycling….Nashville does not accept glass in their pickup recycling service.)
KITCHEN SUPPLIES - We have provided many kitchen items in the hopes of accommodating any meals that you might want to prepare during your stay. If there are any utensils or items that you might need that are not already provided please don’t hesitate to ask if we have them in the main house. We would be happy to bring them over if we have what you need.
COFFEE - We provide a Keurig coffee maker with K-cups for our guests to use as well as 1/2 and 1/2, sugar and other sweeteners. Should you prefer to brew a pot of coffee or use a french press, we provide both of those as well, along with a bean grinder and coffee filters in the cabinet below the Keurig machine. We do not provide coffee beans or bags of ground coffee so you will need to provide your own coffee if you choose to not use the K-cups.
WINDOW SHADES- Our window shades can be pulled down from the top, or up from the bottom. The shade in the bedroom is a black-out shade. If you prefer less light in the morning, we recommend closing the kitchen and living room shades as well as the bathroom door before going to bed.
CHICKENS - we have a small backyard flock of hens that we keep for fresh eggs (and amusement). Please enjoy the chickens from the front porch of the Carriage House or through the fence as the backyard space is not available for guest use. (And yes, they all have names!
