WELCOME! We truly couldn't be more excited that you're coming to stay! Our house is located in the heart of the 12 South neighborhood...one of the best areas in Nashville known for it's dining and walk-ability.  There's lots to do and see (and eat) so we wanted to put together a little corner of the web for you to help you take it all in. We've listed a little of everything to help you enjoy the all that 12 South...and Nashville...have to offer.  Let us know if there is anything else we can do to make your time here more fantastic...just think of us as your Nashville home-away-from-home.  We can't wait to host you next time you're in town!
Built in 2016, this bright apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen, full bath with tub and shower, laundry room with full-size front-loader High Efficiency washer and dryer, bedroom with a cozy queen bed, and living room with a West Elm queen sleeper sofa. A perfect space to relax between sightseeing excursions or unwind after a day of business meetings. If you're looking to veg-out, the entertainment center in the living room has a 4K TV with YouTube TV for all the TV channels you need as well as complimentary access to HBO Now, Disney+, & PBS Kids. You can access your personal Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Video accounts through the Roku unit. There's also a sound system where you can enjoy streaming music from your bluetooth enabled devices while you're relaxing or getting ready for your big night out. Enter the front door (via keyless entry) just off your personal parking pad, head up the stairs, and make yourself at home. We're willing to bet you won't want to leave.
