When you live in Nashville and freelance as a musician, you really never know what sort of job will present itself next. A few weeks ago a friend of a friend who happens to be a video producer called me to help him put together a bit of a nontraditional "quartet"...violin, viola, cello & drums...for a video element he was creating for an event.
I called up some good friends and we brought our instruments and whatever acting chops we had and rocked out to AC/DC all day long. Because what string players don't sit around and play rock 'n' roll with their own personal conductor and percussionist in their spare time? I might just have the best job ever. I'll leave you with the video and some fun screen shots and behind the scenes photos from the day. Thanks to Sketch Creative for letting us create with you! We had a blast. #quartetwithdrums htu-video1 1920 from Sketch Creative on Vimeo.
